String Fever is a group of really talented bluegrass musicians out of Warren, NJ. The band didn't want a logo that gave the impression that they were mellow. These guys are acoustic players, but their music is hot. I spent some time researching older country western art and western movies to get a feel for the type. The logo is a combination of hand-lettering and a Lincoln typeface, converted to curves. Business cards were also created for the client.
